Residential Awards (two projects)
- 2017 CotY Award Regional Contractor of the Year
- Residential Exterior Over $200,000
- Residential Bath Under $25,000
Contractors from different regions nationwide compete for the awards annually. According to NARI, the winners are chosen based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty and entry presentation.
